Since 2018, Arising Youth CIC has been committed to empowering young people to build confidence, develop essential skills, and access meaningful opportunities.
Through employability programmes, mentoring, workshops, and community partnerships, we have supported young people from diverse backgrounds to overcome barriers, unlock their potential, and take positive steps towards education, employment, volunteering, and leadership.

Many of the young people we initially supported have chosen to give back by volunteering with Arising Youth CIC, helping to deliver workshops, mentor participants, and inspire the next generation.
This demonstrates the lasting impact of our programmes and the strength of our community.
One young person first attended an employability workshop to improve their confidence and job-search skills.
After completing the programme, they began volunteering with Arising Youth CIC, supporting community events and mentoring other young people starting their own journey.
