Why Arising Youth was created.

Arising Youth CIC was founded with a clear purpose: to support young people who feel uncertain about their future and help them unlock their full potential.

We understand the challenges many young people face when it comes to confidence, direction, and access to opportunities. That’s why we create supportive spaces where they can build essential life and career skills, explore their strengths, and gain the guidance they need to move forward with clarity and purpose.

Through workshops, programmes, and partnerships, we connect young people with real opportunities that help them grow, succeed, and thrive in education, employment, and beyond.

2018

Hosted out first conference to make positive impact in the city of Coventry

Delivered workshops on personal development skills

2019

Worked with other leaders in the community on finding ways to end youth crime in Coventry

2020

Delivered workshop on employability skills and engaged with students and unemployed youths.

2021

Held our second conference to showcase young people’s talent

Launched our arising youth program

 Awarded a grant from benefact trust to help reach more young people

Awarded a grant from Persimmon homes to provide mentorship program for underprivileged youth
