One young person first attended an employability workshop to improve their confidence and job-search skills.
After completing the programme, they began volunteering with Arising Youth CIC, supporting community events and mentoring other young people starting their own journey.

Many participants told us they left our workshops feeling more confident, motivated, and better prepared for interviews and employment.
